Do you have prizes for winning games?
Yes, we offer Prize Redemption for our games.
Do you have age restrictions for playing games?
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult, but all the games are playable at any age.
Can I bring outside food and drinks?
Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the arcade, unless you get permission from the staff. (Birthday Party Packages allow you to bring food and drink in and is to be eaten at the tables.)

Otaku Game Zone is located in Chelmsford, Ontario, Canada. Inside the Chelmsford Mall.
Can I host a party at Otaku Game Zone?
Yes, we offer Birthday Party Packages.
What are your operating hours?
Our operating hours are from 2pm to 8pm Wednesday to Friday, 10am to 5pm on Saturday, 11am to 4pm on Sunday.
Do you offer group discounts?
No, we offer packages which mostly the more you pay the more tokens you will receive to play the claw machines and arcade machines.
Do you sell gift cards?
No, we might be getting them in the future for Otaku Game Zone.
